This update covers Saturday to Monday, so 2 games for most teams except the Premiership.  Top scorer was Carys Walton with 40 points and she moved up from 28th to 20th.  Lowest score was 15 points by a number of teams – Claire Lee, Richard McCrae, Semone Taylor & Jo Lewis, and Jason Stokes.  At the top of the leaderboard John C Hughes strengthens his lead, and Blaine and Andrew fall to fourth.

The month is, of course, the same as the week with Carys on 40 points and Sumit on 39 points.

In the goals competition Sumit leads by 5 from Dean and Norfolk & Chance.

Here are the main summary sheet and the Excel Spreadsheet.

A couple of points to note – I can’t do the breakdown by division this week because of the need to bring in the swaps, but once things settle down I will be able to produce them again.  Also, on the subject of swaps, you still have plenty of time to get your swap in to me, the deadline is the 31st January.  I struggled on the spreadsheet to show the impact of the switch (good team and duff team in a division are reversed) played by Grant and Craig but hopefully you will follow the formulae used.  For those who have swapped already, you may find that you don’t start collecting points for your new team straight away, because the team you bring in has to have played as many games as the team you are swapping out.  So many of you who selected Chesterfield didn’t get the points they won on Saturday as they had played one less game than the team you were swapping out.  Everyone who has swapped so far is straight now though, and earning points.

There are some more matches in mid-week and a reduced fixture list on the weekend because of the FA Cup 3rd round.  Next update on Monday morning.

Happy New Year
